Lifestyle changes are needed to help rebalance your consumption of food and exercise to see results. We always recommend a healthy diet with regular exercise of 30minutes per day for five days a week to help support in weight loss.
Sometimes with lifestyle changes there are stubborn areas where you struggle to remove fat. More commonly these areas can be found in the neck, under the bra straps, thighs or arms.
